From the national pet register:
On behalf of Cats protection a black and white tom cat was found in the Tilbury area, it is only about 2 years old and has NOT been neutered. It has a broken tail which looks like an old break. It has on a black collar with reflective cats eyes. Please contact Zoe on 01375 385698.
