Dont tempt me !!!   :Luv: I will see how he is when I go back to work.. He has slept most of today !!

Yes Susanne Vet said they will do it at the same time so thats handy  :wow:

Everyone in the vets thought he was a girl ! (Maybe as he has a bright pink carrier from mums !)

He's such a good boy  :)

So whens he getting a play mate   ;)

 ;D

He definitely needs a playmate!

Can the vet remove the mole/growth when he goes to be neutered and is already under anaesthetic?

but she said it was a groth rather than a mole..

Definately mention that to the breeder so she can make a note of it.

oh Dawn bless !  He made more of a fuss going to the vets just now than he did on the way home from picking him up !

Vet said it will be about £50 to remove mole.. but she said it was a groth rather than a mole.. & She would of asked for another £50 off - I didnt even think about the money. Just bowled over by him..  :Luv:

:Luv: :Luv: :Luv: hes sleeping off his 5 min journey now ! Ahh its a hard life !

oh Lisa he sounds lovely, glad he is settling in so well, I'm glad he was good on the journey as well.  I didn't say earlier because I didn't want to worry you but my journey home with Tilly was hellish, she threw herself at the front of the cat basket for over an hour all the way home and shredded all her claws leaving little bloody stumps, I honestly thought they would never grow back!!  they did!

Ahhh  :Luv:  he's adorable and looks so cute in his cat tree  ;D

The first night I had Mosi was the best night's sleep I've had since I got him  ;D  He tucked himself under my chin and slept there all night.  Then on night 2 he decided that night time was great for exploring  8)

I do sometimes wish I'd shut him out from the start, but when it works out I'm glad I have them in the bedroom.  They were both good last night and I woke up about 7am this morning (didn't go to bed til 2am) to find Jaffa asleep one side of me and Mosi tucked up under the duvet next to me the other side.

that's usually what happens at my place >:( But if you give them a bit of a run-around a while before you go to bed (so they are not stll over-excited like kids) then they will usually collapse. And if they wake up and no-one is moving, with any luck they wil go back to sleep. Doesn't always work of course, but worth a try...

if you want any sleep at all tonight I suggest you leave waking him up until a couple of hours before bedtime. That way he will be exhausted just as you are going to bed...

Hurry up with those piccies  :wow:

Well the 1st night is over... didnt hear a peep out of him all night.

I remember it well, the first night with the boys here was so peaceful - they were in the spare room...  How I wish I'd kept it that way! From night 2 to the current day I'm probably lucky if I get 5 hours sleep  :tired:  Seriously though Lisa, if you don't want him sleeping in your bedroom at night then start as you mean to go on, I let the boys in my bedroom as I wanted to be with them 24/7 as they're my special boys BUT if I ever decide that I'd like to perhaps sleep in the early hours of the morning and close the door all I get is manic wailing and carpet ripping.  In hindsight I should have really shut them out of the bedroom at night from day one, oh well too late now!

Its funny - if I go into another room & he cant see me he will speak !

Im over the moon.. will find out where my cable is for pc & add the piccies !  :Luv:

yes they seem to be able to see another cat there in the mirror. They will try to engage iwth it, and when it does not respond will try to look around the back of the mirror to find it. So make sure the mirror is safely secured or you will have seven years bad luck and some difficult glass to dispose of.

I didnt know that cats get moles, is it OK, did the breeder get it checked out by a vet?

I didnt either! Its right under his bottom lip!  Not sure if its been seen by the vet but he going on Monday for a kitty check so I know everything is OK.

Well he is still bouncing off of the walls ! I have never seen a kitten so hyperactive ! He sprints into the bedroom so I will go in & play with him.. go back into the living room & he will meow twice & if I dont go back he will stroll back in & shoot into his tunnell (which may I add was a genius buy for £3 !)

He is looking at himself in the mirror but can he actually see thereself ?

No poohs as yet but he has weed twice & has eaten like a trooper.. Gave him a little wet food at about 6 & then put some the dry food back down & he even ate some of that !

 ;D

Bless him.  Cats often get the runs when they're stressed or in a new environment so his pooey bum may just be that.  Just keep an eye on it.  Glad he's feeling at home!  ;D

A pooey bum is never a good thing!

Hope he settles in well! What breed is he? I must have missed it somewhere! Sorry  :shy:

For a man to truly understand rejection, he must first be ignored by a cat.

Dogs believe they are human. Cats believe they are God.

No amount of time can erase the memory of a good cat, and no amount of masking tape can ever totally remove his fur from your couch.

He has a poohy bum (tiny bit) but will he let me clean it off? No ! Going to have to get him while he is asleep !  :Luv:

Aw bless him!  You'll probably be playing for the rest of the day now!

When I brought Mosi home I placed him in his litter tray, he bounced out of that so I waved a feather on the end of a wand in front of him and he went mad for it.  There followed at least 4 hours of manic play!  Even when he was struggling to keep his eyes open he would jerk himself awake for a bit more play!  ;D
