I was just replying on this thread... and it seems that as soon as I add in some 'animations'..
it just keeps saying, 'fetching preview' and that's it.

I've left it at 'fetching preview' for hours

and that's all it does.

always worked fine before

I also tried going right to 'post'
and nothing happens - it tries to post, and then I get a blank page

If you are posting here it should let you post on any thread and also let you start a new one.

Now tell me what did you do and what did it say? If you leave a step by step version of what you did we should be able to figure out what the problem is

Nah, we were lucky Gill - had a dry warmish winter up here, but we've got a ruddy great big reservoir more or less on the doorstep and no real shortage of rain as such (though not as uch as you get in Wales!), but where my stepdaughter and her family live they were saying how they still had a hosepipe ban in December! I'd hate to live in the south for that.

Well in Sues part of world it may have been dry in winter but not here grrrrrrrrrrr, we had solid rain from October through to march!! We had three weeks very hot weather in april and its been raining ever since and its cold and windy and still have heat on at night.

I am not used to it and I hate it grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Look forward to hereing when we all start voting again.......reckon you should start a new thread

Yep Donna - wellies are rain boots. Don't apologise - we're getting used to it - the weather I mean! In the winter, the country was moaning because it was so dry and there wasn't enough water in some parts to fill the reservoirs. Now we've got more than we can shake a stick at! That's Britain for you.

Yep - checked the site yesterday and saw the message, so got everything crossed for 3rd July.

Think keeping this thread would be good, 'cos those who've been following it will be able to find it easily.

Would be nice to keep up with what you and Stitch and the gang are up to in between.

I believe they need to call all the winners and do the usual... answer a skill testing question... sign a release...

Hi DOnna - was just laughing about your post - as Blackcat says, we're all squelching round in floods and wellies - people being airlifted from factory rooftops in Sheffield, Rotherham's dam has been breached, Lincoln's streets are now a river - and on and on. The Great British Summer in all its glory!

I honestly think that a few of those people are cheating somehow, I mean, they are jumping up by the hundreds each day!!!

but that's why I think we might have a problem in the second round - if they are going to cheat,
(and I think they should be watching better for things lke that)... then, it will be difficult.

BUT - with all of you helping me - we will give it our best shot!!

feeling better today - just very worn out.

You know what I keep forgetting to tell you?...

I have a very good friend here in Canada - a super lady who runs a cat rescue and helps a LOT of kitty's...
and she is originally from England.

She's really sweet.
I am going over to visit her and the cats later today as a matter of fact.

Thanks for voting Gill. It would be cool if we could go crazy for the second phase
and actually get her to win!

but I can't imagine bugging people that long...
this first one - till June 26th is bad enough... but people are going to want to kill me by the end of it all!!

I have not been feeling well today - I have a terrible migraine (I get them a lot)
and it's making me really sick.
