This auction is for a beautiful hand knitted cat Christmas tree bauble knitted by myself here at Custard Hamstery
The cat will be crafted to look as much like your cat as possible within the limitations of my wool colours and the constraints of the shape. It will be the same shape as the cats in the pics ie sitting up and will have a Santa hat and a hanging string.
Colours I have are black, white, grey, ginger, cream or if the winner wants something zany I have pink, blue, yellow etc! I also have some long haired white. I will try and make it as near as possible to your cat's pattern and it will be unique. Unfortunately I am unable to do complex patterns anymore due to arthritis in my hands.
I never do two the same ;)
It will measures about 3 inches high and all hand made. As these take a while to knit I am starting the bids at £2. It will come with a card which will be personalised with your cat's name.
I will need to have you post a picture of the cat and I will be mailing it a little later as I need time to knit it! Hopefully it will be there for Christmas though as long as the pics are available right away.
Below are examples of some I have made.
Please note this is not suitable as a toy due to the small parts. Ornamental only.

After what must be forever and a few rows a day I have finally finished the knitted Mosi cat. This will be the final cat I am able to knit. Due to Covid I have been unable to have the planned steroid injections in my hand and the pain is too much to be able to do them. I hate this arthritis and it stopping me doing what I love most however I'm glad they raised some money for charity.
I will post the little guy as soon as I get the address (again) from Susanne. Thank you for your patience.
-
Oh he's gorgeous. Sorry your arthritis is bad - hope you can get the injections again soon (and not just because I'm selfish and still want to win another!)
