you are best taking her back to the vet, only they will be able to tell you what the problem is

Hi all my kitten has a red sore on her neck and above her ear. She escaped out through the kitchen window a few weeks ago and i thought the mark was a cat bite. but now i think other because if it was a bite it would have healed by now.
 It keeps oozing iv had her to the vets last weekend and he gave her 2 injections but i think im going to have to take her back as the wound seems to be spreading has anyone any ideas on what ts could be thanks.
