Hoping you have a day off with young masters Lu and Riley, and can (for a few minutes) take your eyes off them and enjoy your week-end.  :tired:

Well done Helen, very well done.  ;D

Heard a little squeaking noise earlier, it was Lu squeaking at Riley... because he had taken an interest in the wiggly waggler and Lu wanted it! Now he didn't 'play' with it like he normally would and it's a world away from his 6 foot leaps and somersaults but the fact he was interested in it and got it in his paws to have a little sniff made me  :) :) :)

So pleased to hear Riley is back upto 75% fit compared to how the poor baby was this time last mont I'd say that it pretty amazing.  Hopefully he will continue to improve.

I agree with Susanne I'm sure he will be back on your bed again soon.  Zephyr does the same, he will sleep on the bed every night for weeks then he sleeps downstairs for a couple of weeks then back on the bed again.
In ancient times cats were worshiped as gods; they have not forgotten this.

Glad things are going well, Helen, and that he is slowly but surely getting back to the Riley we all know and love (not that you -and us - don't still love a Riley that's operating at 75% of his old self  ;)).

Lu may come back onto the bed.  Sometimes they change their habits for no apparent reason then change them back again!  Mosi goes through phases of sleeping on my bed and then he decides he wants to sleep in another room for a while but he always ends up back on the bed  ;D

I'm fine thanks Emmmy, no longer on edge 24/7 although there is still a chance he may have ongoing seizures I will just have to deal with that as and when - and also hope that he doesn't! Getting up at 7am every day is hard (I'm soooooo not an early bird) but he is worth it  :Luv2:

Overall I'm really pleased with how Riley is doing, he's had no twitches that I'm aware of or any seizures so this is day 28 with no seizures now  ;D  I wouldn't say he's 100% back to his old self but maybe 75%.

Lu is totally back to normal with him now, no hissing and he even seems perkier in himself. While Riley was away he stopped playing and pretty must just ate and slept, now he plays with his feathers and demands cuddles much more often. They still haven't slept together yet but Riley doesn't sleep on my bed overnight anymore either ( :() so looks like something has changed in his head with regards to where he sleeps. He did lay next to me for a little while the other day and was purring away which was just bliss and made me realise how lucky I was to have him back  :shy:

Morning, morning, morning!   Just wanted to pop by to say "Hi" to three of our favouritest babes - Helen, Riley and Lu.

Hoping Riley is re-living his "Da Mousie" exploits, and planning on how he will recapture those glory days as soon as he's strong enough.  ;)
