:evillaugh: I think we could write a book about some of the calls  :evillaugh:
DO NOT BREED OR BUY WHILE SHELTER ANIMALS DIE

I believe I am not interested to know whether Vivisection produces results that are profitable to the human race or doesn't. To know that the results are profitable to the race would not remove my hostility to it.  Mark Twain

I just had to post this...

I took a message from our branch line yesterday. It's hard not to make judgements about people by listening to their message but it's unavoidab;e a lot of the time. Something about this lady made me believe getting information out of her was going to be hard work. The message went on and on and on about her neighbour's cats, her dentist's cats... everything EXCEPT the details of her own cat she was asking for a voucher for. :tired: Anyway, all voucher calls get sent to our lovely voucher lady Sally. I warned her this was a very waffly woman.  :innocent:

Sally has just emailed me to sya my hunch was correct... phone conversation went something like this

Sally = Hello, this is Canterbury Cats Protection. I'm calling to get some details from you so we can process your voucher application. First of all, can you tell me where abouts you are?

Woman = In the kitchen.
