I think Michelle's original post has just been dealt with however, if anyone cannot get a vouvher from their local CP branch for any reason, you can contact the person in charge of CP vouchers Ian.Macfarlaine@cats.org.uk

Is there any criterion you need to meet to ask for a voucher? Or as long as you've got a cat needs to be neutered you can ask for one?

Thanks

I know this is a bit cheeky but is there any way i could get a voucher for my next doors kitten??? she's coming up to 5-6 months and is always outside day and night ( at the moment she's on my bed though ) her mom had a litter at 7 months old and i persuaded her to get her spayed straight away but they don't have much money and don't really look after the cats hence why there's one of them on my bed!
i thought if i could get a voucher then pass it on to her or even take the cat myself ?????? sorry to be so cheeky but i don't want her getting pregnant and we have 2 tom cats round the corner who'll be arriving soon no doubt.

I would'nt call it cheeky.....caring and considerate more to the point, if only her owners had the same attitude!  :tired:

when Tiffany was spending her nights shut in my neighbour's porch, and her days in my house and enclosure, he saw no need to spend money on getting her spayed, and I couldn't get her done without his knowledge

but I was concerned toms might climb into the enclosure, so a local rescue gave me a voucher for him, and I made up the amount to cover the full cost (I told him the cash was a local CP donation and the voucher came from HQ) and it worked - but he could easily have afforded it himself :-[
