Hi Louise Welcome to Purrs. What a beautiful little girl she is and lovely to see pics of her as she grows.
Hope you dont mind me asking about the collar, Is it a safety snap open one ? reason I ask is I am in rescue and having nursed cats who have lost a leg due to collar injury makes me very wary. I personally think collars on a young kitten are unnecessary but thats just me.
Anyway hope you enjoy finding your way around.

Hi Mitzymoo and :welcome: Purrs
Mitzy is gorgeous :Luv2:

Hi Clare! Great to see you here too! :-D
Thanks guys! Teresa, yep it is a safety one, I totally agree I think collars at this age are pointless but its just that we can't hear her sometimes and she is so tiny that we are frightened to stand on her. Shes a lovely little thing, going through a 'I think your hands are chew toys' she also has a scratching post but scratches everywhere but!!
Really like the forum and can't wait to get stuck in! :)

A big :welcome: to Purrs MitzyMoo. Needless to say that little angel you've got there is just adorable and I'm totally envious :Luv: :Luv: :Luv:
I think Teresa means a breakaway safety collar that pulls apart if caught on anything as the elasticated ones are not safe. However the breakaway collars presuppose that the weight or strength of the cat is sufficient for it to breakaway and I know that KittyCollars do not recommend their use under the age of 6 months.
Pleeeeeaaase don't think I'm wagging a finger. Hopefully you'll stay around long enough to realise I ain't like that :shy: She's just so pretty I was thinking about Mitzy and the thought occurred to me so I wanted to pass it on
