Title: It must be spring
Post by: mad_lilli on March 06, 2012, 13:55:41 PM
Because this face of pure innocence is giving me a hayr borl every other day.   so she's losing her winter suit....... March and October - my favourite months with Marmalade and her suits

Lottie starting loosing her winter coat last week and has ventured out 3 times today, albeit for 30 seconds at a time.  She is a heat seeker and hibernates in the winter.  Her brother is the opposite and adores it outside, so he's still hanging onto his coat. Have to say, it looks so nice out there and all my bulbs are starting to come out.

Yes, Marmalade is also indoors and usually produces 1-2 hayr borl a month irrespective of diet, brushing etc. Her fur is so fine, she always gets some in her mouth when she's grooming. So when the volume of loose fur increases, so does hayr borl production!  ........sigh. Fortunately, she is otherwise apparently a healthy 12.5 yr old calico nutcase!
