Title: RTA A379 Exminster Bypass Devon - Black and White Cat - RIP

Large Black and white cat found this morning on Exminster bypass, had collar but no tag.  Husband had to leave poor thing there as he was on his bike but has notified Teignbridge Council who say they will scan for a chip and try to contact owners.
