It may be but very hard to tell, if it continues you need to think if you are using anything new in the house, like a cleaner, air freshner etc etc and if it gets worse a vet visit may be necessary.

my Maddie sneezes and wipes her nose alot with her paw when she has been near dogs and i think she is allergic to them though i don't know this for certain
