She is lovely.................how did the trip go ?
-
Oh I remember that!!! Poor you! But she's gorgeous well worth the wait, not long now its almost March ;D
-
We go over to pick her up on May 7th and she gets to UK 10.30pm on May 8th!! Counting down the days now. I cried yesterday evening when I had to leave her. Yes she's definately well worth the wait, she's developing in a very promising way.
Trip was ok. Cried all the way over there but diazepam is good stuff lol. Still sleep now from taking it yesterday evening for the flights. Think next time I go over I'll make sure I have more time between my connections as well so I don't have to run around so much as Brussels airport is quite big.
-
I hate diazapam and it makes me drunk and also ill, when it was IVed
-
It made me feel very lightheaded on the plane which I didn't like and still feeling this tired 24 hours later isn't great either as meant I couldn't concentrate at uni today.
However being so tired has meant I haven't had quite so much time to miss my baby Boopette.
-
It has little or no effect on me. I tried the whole take a couple tabs before flight, I first started with a quarter tab, then worked it up and when I go to two figured it wasn't going to work. My sister takes, worse flyer than me...and she looooves it.

Taz is in love and is gutted that mummy had his balls removed :evillaugh:
He is also envious of her extra long hair, his never quite made it

Lovely photos Lottie. Glad you made it there and back without too much hassle. Hope the Diazepam's worn off now!
-
Yep feeling much more awake today lol! (uni won't let me log in with my Team Svartalfheim's log in so had to set up a new one)
-
Ooh she's gorgeous :Luv: Bet your're counting the days til you can bring her home. When she comes home will you be bringing her on the same flight as you or does she have to travel separately?
-
She's absolutely gorgeous!!!!! Bet you can't wait to the 7th may (my birthday so happy birthday to you for getting such a lovely present hehe)
My friend takes valium when she flies.........or failing that have you tried night nurse, that works well too!!
-

I am going to be driving over from Aberdeen to Lembach to pick her up. If she flies in the future (I'll drive/boat her to places wherever possible) she will always travel on the same plane as me. I refuse to let animals travel on their own.
-
Wow, she is magnificent :Luv:
-
She is gorgeous!! Is she really 7 months old? My Mia is 6 months old next week, and she's about a quarter of Boopette's size!!!
-
Yes she really is 7 months in that photo, she's a Norwegian Forest Cat so that is why she is the size she is. She was 3.641kg when we weighed her on Saturday morning, not bad considering she eats adult cat food and has done for months.
