Not dim at all  :)  I would say its down to the wonderful energy they possess.  They are by personality very interactive, want loads of attentions and are hyper.  That said, it is of course a generalism and thats not to say that some other cats are not like this too.

For those looking for a lovely snuggly lap cat, I would not recommend a bengal  though :evillaugh:

Just out of curiosity, what is it about Bengals that make them harder work? Sorry if it's a dim question  :shy:
From out of nowhere you came strong as stone
And now I'll never have to be alone
What it is I know
You have always been my safe home

awww Teresa, thats fantastic news, he was so lucky to have made his way to you.  So glad Ernie was reunited with his bengal buddies.  Its endings like this that must make it all worthwhile.  What a fantastic job you do.

Yes, bengals can be a lot of work but so rewarding and so worth it.  I love my boys (and my little Nova) with all my heart and could not be without them. :Luv:

Linda a big thank you for all your advice last night. Thanks to his microchip Ernie has now been re united with his owner and  2 bengal buddies. His owner said he is 2 years old and of the 3 he is the wildest, he constanly smashes the cat flap to get out and he said he is always high up.
Beautiful as bengals are I was glad to hand him back, its made me realise just how much effort you and Gail must put in to keep your babies so adorable.
