Bubbles follows me around when I am watering the tubs in the garden - sometimes if I want to get her in I turn on the outside tap and fill the can and she comes running - no doubt the neighbours wonder what on earth I am doing watering at dusk on a winter's evening !  We adopted her at 10 months so she already had her name so assume her love for water began as a young kitten.

Daisy is most definitely a water babe too, she sits in the end of the bath while im having a shower and likes to stick her head under a running tap and drink from it lol,  the other two hate the stuff unless its in a bowl on the floor  :rofl:

Mosi loves water too.  He spends ages peering and swiping at droplets of water in the sink or simply lying in the sink.  Fortunately I don't have a bath and always keep the loo seat down so that excludes 2 potential disaster areas!

Chi, my new foster is a nightmare when it comes to water (not helped by teh fact I am using the bathroom as an isolation room this year!!), I accidentally caught him with my foot yesterday as he was laid on the side of the bath while I had a shower - and if you stroke him with wet hands he doesn't care!! He likes the sink and the toilet too, but if you have a bath he is really vocal!!

Yup gill can still foster  & she dam well knows it......   


I think she has an odd way of running the rescue as Iv not paid for the kittens  or signed a form...anyway their mine as Iv paid out vet bills since they were here as fosters ... 1 being an emergency .....


Nope no photos as I dont yet have another camera as me other 1 died on me. 


Mir  the lassie (named after 1 of me hamsters who was named after the russian space stationlol)  shes a short haired black cat with white bib & feet.

Mowgli hes a long haired black & white cat...bit like the felix cat

That sounds like our routine Sam!!
Both boys sit on the edge of the bath watching the water go down the plug hole investigating where the gurgle monster is!!
They look so cute watching it expecting something to happen!

Gill mir & mowgli were the foster kittens i had  & kept  the other wee boy was rehomed.    Funny enough the minute i took them on the lassie at the rescue droped me like a hot brick ......& as she was wanting more fosterers she hasnt been in touch with me since i took them on....very odd that?

LOL ..... Rossi is exactly the same. 

Foxy likes to sit on the edge of the bath when I'm in it.  But Rossi insists in sitting in the sink with the tap on a very slow trickle so she can drink and flick water everywhere!

Zephyr on the other hand rushes into the bathroom as soon as I pull the plug out so he can kep an eye on the "plug hole monster"  he is convinced that the gurgling and sluping sounds must be from a monster and sits on the edge of the bath staring at the plug hole!!!  As soon as the water has gone he jumps into the bath and peers down the plug hole tomake sure nothing is going to get out!!! We have this routine every night!

Cats .... mad or what?  :rofl:

Cats didnt like water........no one has told my lot lol.  When i run the tap in the kitchen mir claws up me legs to get into the sink?   Also when im in the bathroom they both jump into the sink there & expect me to turn the tap on so they can play & drink from the tap.

Also who says a cat can outstare you lol ...you only need to look at my two & they look away ...with the ...wasni me look lol
