Not good news Morsel has gone down since this morning but it could be the AB injection, he did go down after the last one; the poor boy has no resources to fight and he has pneumonia.Its taken almost an hour to syringe 9ml into him.He has fallen fast asleep on his snugglesafe and I am watching him so very carefully.

We have Lily the mother cat booked in for spay and blood tests next Tuesday.

A further glimmer of improvement from Morsel who tried to wash his front leg and face, he has also managed to go to his litter tray and produce 2 solid lumps. Fast asleep on his snugglesafe but has been quite alert for about half an hour this evening.

Just need to point something out incase anyone has been checking our Website/Catchat homing pages, Lily and her 4 kittens and Daisy and her kitten Mac have been marked as temporarily unavailable, there is nothing sinister all appear healthy HOWEVER there is a very remote chance that these cats are Felv positive and until we are able to rule this out with proper blood tests it is wiser not to take further enquiries. We take our responsibility towards all rescues very seriously and will do the very best for them all regardless of test results.
We are fortunate to have excellent isolation facilities and practise good housekeeping so there is no risk of cross infection.

I have already spoken to Daisymac re Kenny and think perhaps a few

may help her just now.

Marigold was very poorly,Morse seems to have collapsed just like Marigold did, however she made a complete recovery, because of this we are so much more concerned about Morse who seems to be being hit by one thing after another. Vet unable to get blood from either kitten to prove/disprove on what we are thinking.Mum and remainder of litter all well, we have had no illness going round at the Inn, so right now its easier for me to post as Morsel and smile about things. He is back on his snugglesafe sleeping soundly (wish I was).

Very glad Morse(l) is restored to frangrant relaxation. Tis a terrible business whenever there's trouble in the troosers department. Couldn't resist sneaking another peek at Daisy with her little mouskie.

Well its amazing what Johnsons lavendar baby shampoo can achieve a relaxed sweet smelling Morsel having a lovely sleep on his snugglesafe which has given me chance to update the Paws Inn website a bit, still got the Catchat one to do though.Been interupted by so many phonecalls, and yet another 2 black mums each with a litter of 5 black kittens coming in tomorrow, there is a 3rd adult who the owner wants to keep so I have agreed to pay for her to be spay and returned, thankfully care worker tells me this cat is not pregnant phew.

Ellows tiz mez Mr. Morsel, old boot has been packin the fud into my tummy via zat orrible syringe an I ave bin shooting it out ze other end all over me beddin, I dont care old boot bin avin too much rest she needs fitnus instrukter now and zat iz mez Mr. Morsel. I iz going in sink in a minute for botty bath as babywipes are not quite doins me bum cleanin satisfactory, I az a wet and windy problemo now.
I iz brighter but I iz very very poorly, an I know old boot iz very wurried bout me, she az bin up reading on tinternet most of night trying to find somefink opeful bout mez an wot vet finks iz wrong and daft old bat az scared erself to death, gosh youz humans are strange critters

Ello Morsel ere, daft old boot woke me up again and rammed zat syringe fingy in mez mouf, she ad mixed some meaty fud in wiz zee other stuff zis time, still didnt fanciyit but somehow another 10mls down ze hatch.
She az bin washin mez bum again, said somefink about over worked Mr. washin machine and puttins mez in ze sink in ze morning, sezs I remind er of Pedro just now
