Thanks for the kind words.
I can't sleep for thinking about my little furry. I keep hoping that what ever happened to her with that dog was really quick and she didn't feel any pain.

My little girl was so sad last night, she's only 4, and she didn'y cry at first but then she came to me just before bed and she said "will Luna ever come back Mummy" My heart felt like it broke when she started crying. She even went and drew picture of Luna with kisses on it for me !

I feel silly sitting here at this time of the morning but I know every one on here will understand !

Thanks

these people have no right to own a dog, they obviously cant control or haven't trained it properly >:(
When I was younger, there was a golden lab near to where I stayed, the owner would let anyone walk
his dog?? but one day while a friend of mine was walking his dog, for no reason It attacked another dog
and killed it, the lab was a good dog, but because of this one incedent, the dog was destroyed!!!
point is this Dog beside you is a Killer and if nothing is done it will do it again

I am So Sorry For Your Loss Liz

Thank You for your kind thoughts.
Gill, no one saw the dog kill her but the dog has killed a cat before and she was in their back yard.  There was another cat killed in the alley but I think the binmen have removed it. I am really worried that someone else is probably looking for their cat and won't know what has happened to it.
I have reported the dog to the RSPCA and the owner has said she will sign it over to them.

MY Luvverly Luna

HI All
I have had a terrible day and I knew I could share it here.
I came home from colecting my little girl from school and a neighbour told me that there was a small dead cat in the yard of another neighbours house and that it had been killed by their dog. When I went to check I found my luvly baby Luna, dead.
The dog that killed her has been being allowed to wander in the alley at the back of the houses and he had already killed one other cat. When my husband went into get Luna he said there where empty dog food cans in the yard and this must have been what she had gone into the yard for.
I could go on all night about what I would like to do to the stupid people who own this dog but I wanted to remember my lovely little girl and I know I will be supported by the people here.
I rescued her from the gardens at the back of our house 18months ago, along with her 3 brothers. I called her Luna because her eyes looked like the Moon.
Unlike her brothers, Tiger, Inky and Lucifer, Luna never grew much past the size of a kitten but she had the biggest heart I ever knew.  She was very timid at first but when I found homes for her brothers she really blossomed. She slept on my bed and would keep me awake purring so loudly and rubbing my face. I know it won't sound daft to you but she really loved me and would come over all gooey when we were on our own.
She was freindly with the rest of the family but liked us being alone best of all.
My heart feels like it is broken and I miss her already.
I hope and pray that we will meet at the rainbow bridge one day but untill then:

Sleep peacefully Luvverly Luna, Mummy loves you millions XXXXXXXXXX

Thank you for letting me express my pain. X
