Been trying to post some pics that I took on Friday at Paws Inn but my post keeps disappearing.  Think its a problem on my lappy so posting this from OH's machine as a tester (but obviously no pics).

Ollys park and ride (stairlift) was fitted yesterday. This morning he was walking down the stairs as I was travelling up,poor lad ran for his life   the journey down was a different matter he raced me and won by a mile   I wonder what he will do when he comes face to face with his old friend Anastasia this evening .
I went food shopping last night and bought a small piece of turkey off the bone for Winston to make sure the poor wee lad doesnt starve  cost 95p,probably be cheaper to buy another crown and pretend its Christmas
Will post pics etc of Anastasia after she is home.

Thanks Carol, but you of all people should know that the Inn is anything but peaceful
Must admit to be delighted with those pictures also ones of Chelsea, Julie is very good at sitting out there for hours with the camera.
Funny in a way I look at Baby Bea and know that at the time both she and me were in no hope land, we had open day when we were really low on cats due to my silly health problems and had even announced we were closing. The call to help Baby Bea was life changing for many, I learnt that with help I could carry on, Baby Bea has turned from a terrified tiny mess into a huge beauty and since then we have taken in so many cats/kittens its incredible, in anything Paws Inn has grown , who could have dreamed that an old boot could handrear a litter of 8  or send Dandelion and Burdock off to a swashbuckling home  Little Alice is so happy now her 6 babies are rehomed she thinks shes in wonderland and Megan I am certain will soon be as happy. As for Star, Sabrina and Fontaine I cant help but hold out for the purrfect home.
So Carol think we`ll hope for health, happiness and help from good friends

Wishing all at the Inn and peaceful 2012

I just love the pic with Sabrina, Fontaine and Star posing on their new Castle.  :Luv2:  They're such lovely cats and its sad that they get overlooked.

Good news about Fifi.  ;D

Baby Bea gets more goregeous every time I see her.  :Luv2:

Megan looks a bit sorry for herself but she's such a friendly girl.  I hopoe the ABs have kicked in and she's feeling better now.

Must say, Baby Bea is turning out to be a heartbreaker - does her temprament reflect her looks?

Baby Bea still greets people with a little hiss, she is still timid except when she is on a human lap enjoying being stroked, think she realy needs to be in a home to gain in confidence.
Winston has just polished off his fourth meal of the day which included lemon chicken without the lemon  he is very disgruntled that there isnt a second helping. He thoroughly enjoyed his Milbemax at lunchtime  :evillaugh: :evillaugh:

Finally Megan who arrived last week fresh from the dustbin. She is not looking as happy as the others as she has lump under her tongue and a water infection, she is having treatment so hopefully she will look happier next time Julie gets the camera out.

The kitty scratching post was bought at Christmas auction for poor Dainty, seems she manage to get a bit of lilac coloured bedding onto old post for herself while other 3 reprobates practised their vandalising skills.

Fifi has gone to her new home today.

Doh! Sorry T - I dread to think how many 'wrong end of the stick' situations I've found myself in by attempting speed-reading. I think perhaps my new years resolution should be to learn to read proper teehee.

Hope eveyone is still enjoying their turkey leftovers at the Inn. This year I had Christmas at a relatives house and there was no turkey left at all so I've not had any turkey butties this year! I think if my ex-Innmates knew what they were missing out in they'd be back to you in an instant T!

There seems to be confusion about Winston. He does NOT have a home to go to yet. Debbie and Carol took the brave chap for his first vaccinations yesterday, hes fine and as a reward for reaching 1kg he will received milbemax on Saturday  :evillaugh:
Megan was also taken to vet, thankfully she is not pregnant but has been given some injections for a couple of problems.

Excellent news about the recent rehomings and excellent news that Winston might have a new forever home lined up already although he's such a handsome little chap I'm not surprised in the least

Am another one who shies away from New Year celebrations - find them sad and distressing too for the main part.  I prefer to slink off to bed after the chimes (would go before but OH is a Scot, and insists on staying up until after midnight).

I muste admit I'm not the biggest fan of New Years Eve and all the fuss, i find it sad and reflect on things I shouldn't.

This year I'm going to try and see all the positive from this past year. Moving into our new home and adding little Wordy to our family.  :Luv2:

I think I have the biggest Turkey addict, he stands on the work top with his front paws on the open fridge door, and yowls for turrrrkeyyyyyyyyyyy.

He will be going cold turkey soon as its nearly all gone.

I'm sure he now recognise the word Turkey, shame he doesn't know NO!  :evillaugh:

Well done for the holy terror rehoming, little Winston knows where he is well off.

Nicky
