Title: Oh dear oh dear oh dear..christmas tree chaos
Post by: Susanne (urbantigers) on December 20, 2015, 18:18:04 PM
I thought I'd got away with it.  I really did.  The christmas tree that is.  Kito didn't seem too bothered beyond investigating and trying to nibble branches.  I'll even admit to feeling slightly smug when everyone else was having feline intervention and even having to take theirs down  ;)  I put the lights on and everything was still ok.  I scrapped my plan for a tasteful tree and just decided to stick on a few baubles that I already have.  well that's when it started to go downhill.  As soon as they came out Kito bounced over to investigate, chew and bat around nice shiny baubles  :scared:  Mosi came to have a look too and he's no angel  :innocent:  Put them on the tree and Kito thinks it's the best game ever.  He swipes and pulls them off, I pick them up and we repeat until he gets bored.  Please tell me he'll tire of this game?  He's asleep at the moment  :-:  It's conveniently next to his cat tree so I've made it easy for him.

Pics -
Kito - ooh shiny bauble, I like that!
Mosi - what's going on here then, let me have a look
Kito - ooh, I think this is going to be fun
Kito - she can't tell me off when I look this cute

:evillaugh: :evillaugh:hh. Lovely pictures Susanne.  Am fearing for our tree too.  Having ignored it up til now, they've been in and out of it all day with one casualty already in the bauble stakes.

I feel your pain Susanne :evillaugh:

Even the 'safe' papier mache ones that have survived 10 years of various cats are being found all over the house - also she has worked out how to remove the ribbons. Even willow was good at kncking them off and batting them round, but I fear Ingrid is going to kill them.

mine have shown no interest in the tree at all!  I suppose star and tilly are a bit more advanced in years but even willow who is usually up for anything hasn't gone near it!

Susanne how did you expect to get away with it?  You have The Master of Naughtiness and his prodigy in your home  :naughty:

Love the pics  :Luv2:
