Nancy went missing on 25thMay from Llandudno Jct.Conwy,N.Wales.LL319LH.Nancy is 4 years old,has been spayed,was wearing a silvery/white collar.Nancy is a silver/grey/white tabby.I am offering a substantial reward for her safe return.Thanks,Lynne.

I would like to sign but I can't see anywhere on the petition where it explains what it's aim is - other than the very general ban of puppy farms.  Am I missing something?  I agree with banning puppy farms but how?  Some sort of licensing that prevents people keeping more than a certain number of animals/breeding without an licence and regular inspections?  Is there anything more specific than mentioned on the petition?
