Title: odd emails
Post by: Helena on December 14, 2017, 17:01:45 PM
I've had 3  odd emails saying they're from Purrs but they don't have any content - see attachment.

Should I worry?

Dear Helen
Thank you for your post.

Many many apologies for the emails this morning.
We had a few customers using Hotmail email addresses who were not getting order update emails and we made a booboo which sent the test emails to everybody.
I’m really sorry for that, we will make sure it doesn’t happen again.

Sending my best

Purrs

Thanks for your explanation, Tanya. One of the emails was from an account that had been hacked on Monday so I was worried that somehow they'd got the Purrs email,
