A happy story

For the last couple of weeks, nearly every time I go out, I see Charlie who's a handyman/gardener we have used a few times, coming out of the vets next door. He is 76 but still works  ;D . He had a big grin on his face and I asked him if he was working there now. He laughed and said no his 16 year old cat has been very ill and he is always in there with her lately and she has had a thyroid operation. He said she was like a kitten again and he thought he was going to lose her. He was over the moon  ;D

I believe I am not interested to know whether Vivisection produces results that are profitable to the human race or doesn't. To know that the results are profitable to the race would not remove my hostility to it.  Mark Twain
