We used to have a member with one, but dont think we do anymore. We had one come into our rescue the other year, and i spoke to the Sphynx rescue, who were lovely and they dont recommend bathing weekly, but wiping down instead, they also need their eyes and ears cleaning a lot. They also eat a lot more because they dont have fur to keep their body warm and can be prone to sensitive tums. They do leave greasy marks on their bedding because there is nowhere for the oil to go.
Please spay your cat

I'm not sure any Purrs members have a sphynx?  Although I could be wrong !!!

I think they are beautiful, they feel so soft, just like a peach  :Luv2:

I think they're adorable but are quite high maintenance.  They need a bath at least once a week because of the oils their skin produces dont have any fur to be dispersed in.  And they really feel the cold so some owners have clothes knitted for them in winter.
