For the first time, Merlin has started to play! :larf:
Of course, as soon as I grabbed the camera, he decided to eat instead! CATS!

Yay!!! Celebration time!! :narna dance: :yayyy: :chicken: :cheer:
Way to go, Merlin. You're a clever lad. Play is gud. :Luv:
-
That is such good news! ;D
I am glad to say that Sky plays quite a bit - one her own although we have had a game of 'kill the pencil' - and we sometimes hear her charging around like a heffalump ;D
-
Could not believe this tonight - and they kept on while I got the camera :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:
How much of a step forward is this? Merlin and Pippa were actually batting the ball between them.

Paula, that's absolutely brilliant !!! A photo to treasure

Going to see if Merlin will play with OH again later. Safe to say Merlin has discovered playing with a vengeance now he isn't fighting to survive, for gurlies etc.
Lost half my post, was saying I tried Merlin with the laser pen until my arm got tired, then OH took over and I was laughing so hard I forgot the camera. No sign of poorly paw when they are moving to and fro in a blur over the carpet in hot pursuit of the red dot :evillaugh:

That's brilliant news Paula :Luv: :Luv: :Luv:

Ok, some not very good photo's of him, might try the video option on the camera next time, they are a bit blurry, OH was playing the red dot over the toy Merlin favours.
-
Please excuse the stains on the carpet, the first night he was here Martin fell asleep with a pint  of vodka and coke in his hand (I know) and spilt it, it has been cleaned numerous times, three days later the coke stain reappears >:(

Lovely to see Merlin playing Paula :Luv: :Luv:

Isn't it just?! ;D

And that tail - such a confident tail, that is. :Luv: ;D

Sadly, the office cats don't really know how to play. They have some toys now, but I fear they have come too late.
I like the cats' expressions in the photo. That's attitude! What breed/variety is the little cat on the right (Pippa?)?

She is a purebred, ex-feral mog. ;) But a very pretty one! :wow:
