7.30am - So sorry for whoever this cat belongs to - saw a deceased grey and brown tabby outside Queen Anne's School on the Henley Road (pavement) Caversham. It was wearing a collar with a purple collar.
So heartbreaking.
I will call the Environmental health at 9am

thats so upsetting, so sad for the owners, hope they get to know what happened to their fur baby :(
-
Ahhh poor little baby. RIP little one.
Julie, if Environmental services move the body would it be possible for you to put a little poster up in case s/he wasn't chipped and his mummy and daddy are looking for him/her.
-
I put a poster up close to the scene but had it ripped down. I couldn't take a picture - it was too grim for a poster. I have notified National Pet Registry, Catchat and spoken to some local people.
-
So sad and how mean for the poster to be ripped down.
RIP Caversham Tabby

I am looking for my cat - she went missing on the 18th of October. Did the cat you saw have a tail? (mine is missing a tail since the accident she had last year)
Thank you!
Anna

Det I think if you look at the first post this cat was found on 16 Oct so before yours went missing
I hope your cat comes home soon
-
Oh Thank God for THAT!!!! :Luv: - I am starting to loose sight of details in my misery.
Thank you for pointing this out!
I've created a separate thread to make sure I don't highjack this one.

Thats OK and I hoped that would put your mind at rest
I have seen your other post.
