From the National Pet Register. I have contacted the finder with advice:
Found a White long haired male Kitten. Very distressed and fur in a dirty, matted condition. Not sure of age,but is weaned. Also very hungry so could have been out for some time. Contact: susanbullock@bulldoghome.com

Hello everyone
Just to update you .I am the finder of this poor soul.He is unchipped and about 10 weeks old.He was found in a very distressed state. We have taken to the vets and apparently he has the worst case of ringworm that the Vet has ever seen.We are hoping that the owner does not come forward as we have decided to keep him. Also if the owner does come forward I think that they need reporting for cruelty.
Many thanks for your help

Yes you do right to keep him, sod the owners if they have let him get in this state!

I agree .... poor little soul. It sounds like he was lucky to have found you and I hope you will all be very happy together.
Lucylu .... it would be nice if you could let us know how this little fella gets on .... we like hearing success stories :)

Good for you Lucylu, I love a happy ending.
Sounds like the little one has landed on his feet.
