Just wondering if Felv can be passed to other animal/humans etc? Have read a few articles but none mention it, should I assume this means it can't be passed on?
Just wondering incase I come across a felv cat that needs a home ;)

FeLV is a feline only disease, it can't be passed on to humans or other species. If you came across one, you would have to either have an only cat or only have FeLV- cats though, it is easier to spread than FIV.

and no vaccine is 100% so even if you have negative cats that are vaccinated doesnt mean if they come in contact they will definately NOT contract felv, It would be terribly bad luck and im sure the chances very slim but a risk element would still be there.
