Hello everyone!!!
My name is Mark, I'm 33, married to Deborah and we have two cats - Duncan and Findlay.
Deb had a cat called Leo who died last Summer. She had him for quite a while and nearly didn't consider getting another cat, that is until we first laid eyes on Duncan last July. A belter of a cat, I'm sure you'll agree. My avatar is him sitting in large bag, he's fond of sitting inside and on top of plastic bags, bubblewrap and his favourite: cardboard boxes.
He's got two, a shoebox in front of the fire and a DVD Player box in the hallway beside a radiator. If he's not in either of them, then he's hanging out with his adopted younger brother - Findlay.
Findlay joined us in September and Duncan took to him immediately. We weren't sure how'd he would take a new cat/kitten in the house, but any concerns were thrown out the window when Duncan greeted him with a little face-to-face sniffing - and now that Findlay has grown up a fair bit they chase each other about, wrestle and sleep on the spare bed together. Awwwwww.
Both of them were rescue cats, brought home from the Cats Protection Society, Dundee.
And here they are (can't post on the gallery section yet):

I've got a few more, but they're too large to be posted in this thread. I'll need to get them resized smaller.
So, thats me folks. Hope to get to know you better.
Slainté,
Mark.

Slainte to you too Mark, and welcome to Purrs. What little smashers Duncan and Findlay are!
Hmm - a bag and box cat, eh? He's in good company among most of the furbabes on here then. Glad the two of them get on so well (and well done on posting the piccies. Have been cat chatting about a year now and still can't figure out the piccie thing, which is a shame 'cos Paddy is very photogenic!)

Hi Sue, thanks very much for the welcome. I'm a bit of a seasoned Forum-user, but this is the first Cat Site that I've registered with. Felt it was about time, considering the other forums I visit get a bit fed up with the cat-chat, so what better thing to do than register here? ;D

Welcome Mark and Deborah.

No-one gets fed up with the cat chatting here Mark. :) I was never interested in joining a forum until I found Cat Chat, and then when that closed down (sob!) Tan and her hubby came to everyone's rescue (it's not just confined to cats rescue!) and set this up in double quick time and now it's a home from home. Hope you and Deborah will have great fun here

Avery big welcome to you and your fur babies they are so adorable. My kittens Elle and Daisy are very much like your 2 babies
