Rather cute little character who will hopefully keep your felines amused; if only for a short time... ;)

Self propelled toy scoots across floor as kitty chases!
Simple scooter mechanism pulls back and scoots forward!
Mouse tail can be chased and carried!
Filled with catnip for added interest
