Title: Sky URGENTLY needs a new home, Warton HOMED
Post by: JackSpratt on November 29, 2010, 09:14:05 AM

Please take a minute to look at this girl. She's currently living outside as there are no foster spaces.  She was left by her previous owners when they moved, and some people in surrounding houses are feeding her....but they can't continue to, as they're moving themselves and their resident pets won't accept Sky. If you can help, please post on here. Thank you.

*Disclaimer* I'm told she's a girl, but clearly haven't looked myself!

It says she's a "he" on the website :shify:

I hope someone can help, he/she is gorgeous and the weather is awful to be staying outside :(

Hence the disclaimer. I'm not entirely sure sure anyone's checked Skys gender.

I hope she/he can get somewhere soon too. :scared:

oh no, how heartbreaking....must not look. i think the OH would kill me if i brought another one home but even my shed would be better than outside in this terrible weather

I wonder if he/she was left behind by accident or on purpose? Who gave him the name?

Do you know, Sky has been offered a couple of rescue places, but I'm not sure she/he's been offered a permanent home. And typically I can't find the contact - I'll try and find out ASAP.

so glad she's been offered something.  hate the thought of her out there in the cold-  i've kept looking at her thinking i could maybe foster - but i'm too far away to fetch her in this weather.

Apparently, the place Sky's staying is only a foster home because Kevon (the chap that has her/him) didn't want the little one out in the cold. So Sky still need a permanent home.

(Janey, moved it back. Sorry to confuse matters!)

Sorry! I think the people feeding Sky gave a name (an unspecified gender name too. Cunning....) so they had a name rather than not.
