Well Purrs has been bringing in the Da Bird Cat toy from USA since 2007 and it's still our best selling cat toy!
Here is a special super pack just for the Auction ;D
Da Bird Cat Toy Rod - (Either Two part easy store or single length rod - your choice)
Da feather refill
Da Bird accessory set - Da Puff, Da Sparkler, Da Fun Fur, Da Mousey
Da Kopter
Da Super Feather refill
The Da Bird is a high quality, durable, interactive toy that cats just LOVE.
The best cat Toy! Ever!
Da Bird (easy store) consists of a fiberglass rod, 50 lb. test braided nylon string and aerodynamically configured feathers that mimic the action of a REAL bird in flight.
A single bob of Da Bird is completely irresistible to cats. It is recommended by veterinarians as a great way for your cat to exercise and in play theropy for behaviour issues.
Many of our customers highly recommend it. Its the most fun you'll ever have with your feline friends!
If you have not witnessed first hand a cat's reaction to Da Bird then you have no idea what you are in for! It's the best cat toy Yet!!
*Realistic feather toy activates your cat's hunting instinct
*Cats go crazy over the amazing real flight-like motion
*Even lazy and fat cats cannot resist it
*You need to hide it away while not in use!!
PLAY THERAPY -Da Bird is an excellent toy to use with behaviour issues.
With Da Bird Cat toy, fly the Da bird around the room or garden in random sweeping movements like a bird in real flight. Your cat's attention will be completely focused on it's "prey". Talk to the cat with a light happy voice. During the flight, land or swoop the Da bird close to your cat, they will be waiting/jumping for the right moment to catch their prey! When caught, play dead and take the chance to get away when the cat releases their grip! Repeating this routine will entertain and exhaust your cat. If they are panting, rest for a while and start again until the cat is completely tired.
The kitty kopter can be used to satisfy the cats catch instinct and some feathers for the kill chew instinct. Then a high protein snack. This completes the natural cycle of hunt-catch-kill-eat.
It' always best to put away the Da Bird after play sessions.
Used regularly, This toy as play therapy can help with shy/ nervous cats and different kinds of aggressive feline behaviours.
The feather end is replaceable, so once a cat has had many great times catching their prey, the supplied feather end can be replaced quickly.

OK, I have never admitted this to anyone before... my poor boys have never met their father and don't even know who he is, so all this talk of 'Father Christmas' has them very upset and confused. The only way to take their minds off it is with a Da Bird Cat toy super pack. So this bidding nonsense needs to stop.
£13.75
-
hmmm ..... thing is ...... last xmas one of my poor boys was languishing in the dog pound, been there for months, sleeping, eating and putting on weight. my other lad was starving out in the cold winter snow. we need to make their first xmas here special. just tell your lads father xmas doesn't exist .... you can see our need is greater.
£13.80
-
Well my cats are using a second hand da bird that my foster cat Penny all but destroyed and this is their first Christmas anywhere which, as everybody knows is THE most special Christmas so.....................

Amber is daft enough for me to put her food under her chin and then take it away as I forgot to put the tablet in....she then sits and watches me stir the stuff in and then eats her food..... I mean surely you must all have sympathy for my poor little cat with no brain.......
-
I wasn't going to mention this but both my cats had surgery this week and Bunty had to go back because of complications while Biggles got a runny tum from the convalesence and when they were feeling down I promised them a da bird super pack for Christmas. You wouldn't make me break my promise would you?

As is traditional with my auction wins, I do however have a complaint :naughty:
I got this delivered to my sisters house as she's on maternity leave at the moment so is often in when the postie comes... Today my 3yr old nephew was thrilled when the postie delivered his very own fishing rod come building pole come oars for his boat (aka the poster tube these goodies came in). When I called round to collect it he was distraught when his mean Auntie took the fishing rod/building pole/oars home 'No it's mine, I had it first' was echoing in my ears as I prized it from his grasp and left :evillaugh:
