Just popping a note on here, whilst Gill was away taking Garfield to his new life, poor Winston took a turn for the worse. On her return Gill took Winston to the vets where he lost his fight.  :(

An awful day for all, except hopefully Garfield.

Thanks Sheila and Papilon.
Decided to take him myself as  should get there in less than an hour ,it's getting Back with Friday traffic.
I am still worried sick about leaving Winston, but may have someone able to go and check on him a couple of times for me. It's not ideal ,but no other choice now .

Glad Felicity is feeling better and things look better .
My "stray " is also feeling better after his vet visit .
He is now called Merlin and no longer a stray ! ;)
