We are gradually getting the owner to sign over some of her 100, yes you did read that correctly, 100 PEDIGREE cats.
The latest gorgeous cats we currently have are Demelza, Angelique and Meliora.
Demelza is a red shaded silver Tiffanie female cat aged 7 yrs. This beautiful, friendly girl loves people and other cats but is untried with dogs. Demelza has lived in a multi-cat household with limited access to outside but, like most of the cats we have homed from this house, would enjoy a safe garden to explore. So her new home should have direct access to a secure garden. Most of these cats are unsuitable to be only cats unless someone is around all day. Demelza has a very silky coat which is easy to brush. She is spayed and will be chipped and have the first stage of her vaccination at least before she is rehomed.
Meliora is a blue tortie smoke Tiffanie female cat, aged 8 yrs. Meliora is a sweet-natured little girl who likes to be carried around like a baby! So her new owner will have to be prepared for infant duties!! Meliora has come from a multi-cat household and loves the company of other cats so she would be unhappy not to have at least one feline companion. She has not met dogs yet. Meliora has lived most of her life mainly indoors but with limited access to outside and our experience of rehoming these gorgeous cats is that they do all benefit from being able to go outside. So a new owner will have to provide a home with direct access to a safe and secure garden. Meliora is still with her owner and needs to be spayed, chipped and have the first stage of her vaccination at least completed before she is available for rehoming. We anticipate she will be available around 21st November.

-
:) Great news and fingers crossed gorgeous Demelza is soon homed too xx
-
I cant even put into words how sweet Tiffanies are, they are very loving cats, a real pleasure to share your home with. The coat does need grooming but nowhere near as much as a normal seni long hair cat, the fur is just like silk and rarely gets knotted. Teabag also taps my face when he wants attention must be a Tiffanie thing :Luv2:

Angelique went to her new forever home today! :wow:

Demelza is no longer reserved :'( however, she is now joined by her gorgeous brother Dylan, so we will be homing them as a pair!
Sanssouci has been chosen by a lady who is also going to have her mother, Angelique! So good news for these two! :wow:
-
Aw sad but then she has a new pal to got with so hopefully the right home will come up soon!
Good news for the other too! :wow:

Any news?

Dylan and Demelza are still waiting for their new home. They were eventually teamed up with another 2 from the same household who went to their new home last weekend. The new owners were very keen on D&D too sooooo - they might be back. :crossed:
-
Ah, so it's these two - fingers crossed for them xx
-
I think these two are stunning. :)
-
Why is this one urgent please
-
I am confused: are they paired up and going to a new home or still needing a new home? :-:
-
Right now there are thousands of malnourished, sick, pregnant and injured strays who are desperate for rescue places so why the heck do 2 prettys who should be taken care of by appropriate pedigree rescue take priority.
I thought this was going to be an area of Purrs for URGENT where we might just save a life.
-
I'm moving this back to the regular homing section
-
Thanks Janeyk. I was a bit puzzled too as to why these were in the Urgent section, not that I'm not grateful for them being highlighted, they have been in rescue for a while!
They are still available for rehoming, however the husband of the couple who adopted Meliora and Crystalle took a particular fancy to Dylan and Demelza and as they were used to 6 cats, a mere 4 would be a breeze, heh heh!
