My fred is seriously annoying, he worked out it was coming from me after about 20 minutes, that 20 minutes was hysterical though, I should dig it out again and try it with jimi  :evillaugh:

One word of caution about laser toys.

They are really great but some cats can get really frustrated with them.

I played with cat once with a laser toy and the poor thing went crazy for a while.

He couldn't understand why he couldn't catch it and wouldn't settle after stopping play. He ended up panting heavily and constantly searching for it.

I read some research about this and it reccomends finishing play with a different toy that the cat can actually catch. This gives the cat a final "payoff" that is tangible.

I don't wish to stop people playing with laser toys as my ragdolls love it. Just to share what happened to me. I now always end laser play with a real catchable toy as I don't want my ragdolls going mad.

Great video  :wow: At least I'm not the only mean meowmy that tries to get them chasing round in circles  :evillaugh:

My favourite trick with the laser is to 'race' the boys up and down the hallway, they then have to 'tag' the spot by jumping up the middle of the door before racing back.  They can now do 7 metres in under 3 seconds  :evillaugh:
