The 14" is for average cats and the 15" for large cats. It sounds big but if you make a circle out of a 14" piece of paper, it looks quite small.

If circumference is 14", multiply by 0.3183 to get the diameter = 4.46"

Not cheap (£30) but they are reuseable and a much better alternative to elizabethan collars.

Arnolds Direct used to sell them but stopped. They seem a much kinder type of collar to use.
