Well we are officially a kitten group now.
Black and white mum with 4 black and white 4 week old kits and another 3 black and white kittens on their own (supposed to be 8 weeks old but bigger than the other 4 and look more like 6 weeks!).
Currently with Judith in Coventry.

We have just one kitten, it is now 2 weeks old and came in when it was 3 days old as the owner could not deal with it as it was unwell. I am having it Saturday night as Donna is going to a wedding.

We have had so many requests for kittens this month but hardly any have come in, which is nice. Anybody else think this year seems quieter? (so far!) Or maybe its just my area!

I am certainly hearing about loads of kittens being born, fortunately at this time of year everyone wants them so we are not asked to take any in, how it will change in a month or so when no one wants kittens and people can't find their own homes.

Well most of them are fifty/fifty.
Some of them are fluffy
This little girl is one of the younger 4 with her mum.

We have had about 15 kittens in this year, and when I spoke to the RSPCA, they have had kittens and puppies most of the year.

We now have another little black and white one. A sibling of the 3 that came in without mum.
This one had been rehomed with a neighbour and we had a call today that the kitten had been left outside in an upturned wash basket (with a brick on the top).
Needless to say its with us now. It's covered in fleas and the poor mite has not stopped scratching since its arrival - despite the frontline spray. She/He gave me 3 while I was fussing her. I'm still scratching now!
When they found out the kitten had gone they said ' oh some kids must have taken her' - people!
The others are all doing well and are gaining weight thanks to Judiths care.

Thank goodness kitten is in your care now, that's all I will allow myself to say.
