Avalon is staying here with me as a temporary foster -he is a rescue bun who needs a new home ASAP as an only bun -will make a great house bun as he uses a tray and atm isn't destructive. He is a lovely lad and great to handle

anyone interested ---Contact/organisation details: Furry Friends in Old Coulsdon. , email furry_friends_rescue@hotmail.com or call Anna on 0751 568 4921.
Does the animal have rescue back up?: Yes for their whole lives.
Location: Caterham/Old Coulsdon SURREY
Number of animals: 1
Sex: Male
Age(s): 2 years old.
Name(s): Avalon.
Neutered: Yes and vaccinated
Reason for rehoming: As you can see, he has no ears. This is because in his previous home his cage mate chewed off his ears and the owners did not want to buy another hutch so this is the result
Even though he is deformed, it doesn't affect him in any way. He has no ongoing medical issues and his stitches are dissolvable so will soon come out.
He is a funny lad who is friendly and sweet. He adores people and likes his cuddles.
Will the group be split: Due to his past, Avalon cannot live with other rabbits so must live on his own. He did get a home, but he and the resident bun had a large falling out which is why he needs to stay on his own. Ideally we would like to see him live as a house rabbit.
Other. Loves people and likes his cuddles

What a lovely boy :Luv2: Can't believe his previous owners didn't separate him when they realised what was happening :(
Hope he finds a fab forever home soon :)

poor poor boy. Hope he gets a new home soon.

they were made to separate him by RSPCA eventually !!!
He has met my cats through the bars of his pen and is a little unsure but not showing real fear or aggression towards any of them .
He loves a bit of banana -tucks in as you hold it for him bless him -I'd keep him but i already have a house bun who is soon hopefully being bonded and he really does need to be on his own .

I've seen him on my FB - he's adorable!! I didn't know you fostered for Emma. :)

I haven't before but I know her and I offered for him to be brought here as the person returning him was able to get to me but not Anna or Emma and tbh they are very full atm so while i can have him seems to make sense

:Luv2: aww poor lad and what a sweetheart. Fingers crossed he gets a lovely home soon xx

I'd so offer a home if I could. I'll admit to not being a "rabbit fan" but some just slip through. ;)
-
I would keep him if i could but my rescue doe is a house bun too and is soon hopefully to find a husbun and sadly he needs to be an only bun
Buns are funny souls some are very cheeky and naughty and full of character like my girl -today she drowned her beloved squaky bunny toy in her water bowl :-:
and some are like this lad -very gentle -very easy going -not destructive (Bunty has her moments !) and just wanting a fuss.

Avalon went to his new home on Saturday -now i'll miss him :( but so pleased he's got a great home.
