Title: Hello all
Post by: LuLu on November 28, 2006, 16:39:23 PM
Hi, I was surfing the web looking for information on cat behaviour when I came across Cat Chat & your site.  I've made a couple of posts already & have found everyone to be very supportive.  My name is Louise & I live in Surrey.  I have a 12yr old girl called Audrey with beautiful grey & apricot tortoiseshell colouring.  She has been with us for 6 months & has managed to convert the OH to a cat lover.

 :welcome: to Purrs.

I love dilute Torties and also when they sleep on their backs like that with little feet reaton on something  ;D

Yesterday I woke up to find Franta with his little feet resting on my bag and he protested so much when I got up

Thanks for your warm messages.  Of course Audrey is immune to such flattery, being such a sophisti-cat. I have to admit that name inspiration came from Coronation Street. As a mature lady, our Audrey likes to take things easy & can be quite particular about her needs & requirements.  Ever mindful of her figure, she will only deign to eat when small portions are set out although she proceeds to snort them down like the proverbial pig in muck.

She is a bit poorly at the moment which we are still trying to get to the bottom of with the vet but she has more good days than bad & I am hopeful we will have her with us for many more years.

Lulu,
Audrey is very beautiful and looks so relaxed.
Have your vets considered an MRI scan to find out what's wrong with her?  Hope they can get to the bottom of her strange behaviour soon.
Best wishes, Chris
