Ollie has 5mg as the lower dose never did much for his skin. Its a god send as it really helps his itching and clears his skin up.

My Ollie is ok with it. I use it will him a lot as he has really bad skin problems and steroids arenthe only solution to help him and stop the severe itching, his we face has been red raw at times.

The prednisolone always helps clear it up. He has never had any side effects, mabey he used to them now as its something he will always need

I had to use 5mg on Smartie when he first had Asthma and it was awful-after 3-4 days it was like he was spaced out and didn''t know me - he also wandered off (way before i had fencing ) went into the field and walked right to the top of the hill before i got to him and fetched him back .
As soon as ireduced them i got my old Smartie back .
This was about 9 years ago though.
