These look pretty good and next door neighbour having her dog spayed soon. Any suggestions which supplier to use? All seem to be US based and tried Dog.Com so far and they don't ship overseas. Haven't tried the Purrs Shop yet, will go look

Did you ever manage to get hold of one of these?

I emailed the company on Monday Mark but no response.

Am going to leave it to neighbour to ask vet if they can supply as neighbour now making noises that Elizabethan collar will be OK . Strange how quickly she's forgotten how much Poppitt hated her Elizabethan collar!

I wonder if you could order via your vet?

Otherwise email the manufacturer - although postage might be high help@bitenot.com

Hi Desley. Not a sad story really; for Smarty at any rate.  My lovely neighbour got her from a reputable breeder (a good friend of her sister) in February at no charge to "replace" (for want of a better word) Poppit who was sadly recently pts. Smarty has had 2 litters and has been much loved all her life. Gorgeous little thing she is too.

My neighbour well remembers the problems Poppit had with Elizabethan collar following an operation and doesn't want Smarty to have same trouble hence hoping to get a BiteNot collar.

that sounds a bit weird Rosella - fingers crossed, and I hope they get her sorted, poor baby should have been spayed years ago.
Please spay your cat

Cheers Mark and Alison but looks like Arnolds have closed their online shop  :(  Have emailed them.  No rush as it seems doggies can't be spayed until 3 months after they've been on heat so earliest date for the op some time in June.  She's a 7 year old Tibetan Spaniel called Smartypants. Whoops just realised this should really be in non cat threads  :-[
