Hello, this is Fagin who is currently with us at Gateshead CP. He is a handsome tabby tom cat of approximately 10 years of age. Fagin was a stray and has tested FIV+ which means that he will have to be homed in a household with either another FIV+ cat or no animals at all. He will have to be kept indoors at all times and because of this he will be better homed in a household with either no children or possibly older children (who are less likely to leave doors open for him to escape). Fagin is a very friendly boy and would make someone a lovely companion, someone who will not be put off by his FIV+ status and who is prepared to give him his medication. He has had a few of his teeth removed as they were a bit rotten, but apart from his FIV he is fine and should have a long and happy life ahead of him. We will consider homing out of our area as long as we can get someone to do a home visit on our behalf. If you can offer Fagin his new forever home then please PM me.

Hi All just wanted to share the good news that Fagin now has a new home. We are very pleased that our two FIV boys now have lovely new homes. It just shows if you wait long enough the right homes come along ;D
