We have already taken in a fair number of kittens this year already but Sunday saw the first new borns to arrive into the world at Sunny Harbour. Gorgeous Torti mummy was we believe dumped in an Edinburgh housing scheme pregnant. Thankfully we were notified about her and got her in right away and less than 2 weeks later she has given birth.
I dread to think what would have happened had she given birth outdoors in this snow. She and certainly the babies wouldn't have survived. She is being a great mummy and loves snuggling down with them. Here is a wee pic of the new family.

Aw - aren't they just gorgeous?!!! And there's even one looks a bit like her Mum. :Luv: As you say, thank God for your intervention - they'd never have made it outside in this weather.
