Byron was over 25, we have her vets details but not all and the rescue had the rest as far as I know, they were pretty sure of her age - if you'd seen her for real you wouldn't doubt it I didn't post photos near the end but she had no fur on her ears, nose and feet bless her  :Luv2:  My friend's next door neighbour's cat lived to 25 so I don't think it's so rare to get to that age.
Please consider the harder to home cats in rescue.

My parents had a cat (Arthur) who lived to 25. I think he would have gone on longer than that given half a chance, but sadly had to be PTS as a result of skin cancer eventually (he was pure white). He was a darling.
