Hi all, Im looking forward to reading through all the posts and meeting some new friends (human and furry). Im Pauline and with my partner, run The New Arc, a small Charity in Aberdeenshire, where we care for over 400 animals, 34 of which are cats (and all of whom are now our family).
Just wanted to say hi before I start reading  ;D

Glad you've found us, I'm sure you'll enjoy it here.  It really is a very friendly forum with lots of friendly helpful advice, if ever needed, and of course lots of fun.

I do feel it my public duty to warn you though that it can be a teensy bit addictive  :Crazy: You have been warned  :evillaugh:

Wow, 400 animals - bet they keep you busy! :)

Hi Lauryn.  We care for pretty much everything, from wildlife to unwanted pets, well ... hens, ducks, pigs, horses, guinea pigs, rabbits, a few dogs (but we generally dont take dogs), goats, chinchillas and a monkey.  Im sure Ive missed a few out - oooh yes degus, lots of those, terrapins, you get the idea  :rofl:

Hi Tiggy's mum - thanks for that, it looks great here, loads of advice and lots of posts to read.  Im a Tiggy's mum too, our only "non rescue" cat is called Tiggy, she is a gorgeous tabby and white

We're everywhere :naughty: Sadly my Tiggy is no longer with me as I lost her a few years ago now but I'll always be her Mum so stuck with the username :)

Hya thanks all for the warm welcome - yup Im the one with the two cats with stomatitis!  Lots of info on here and some very helpful messages from members too, am feeling MUCH more confident now

Thanks folks!  I will post some pics once I work out how to do it  :rofl:   Liz, I am trying hard to catch up, but I get sidetracked with other animals lol - this Friday I ended up with a pig instead!
