Holy Terrors are finally All pooping in litter trays, though 1 in each Pen piddling bed during night; they are still hardwork but have finally reached the playtime stage and I am taking great pleasure watching them run about and have fun.

Debbie took me to vets last night and Olly got his booster, Dandelion and Burdock both had 2nd half of their vaccinations and Little Weed was finally declared fit enough for her 2nd half vacc,we decided not to give leukemia this time due to her tiny size and health history.
She is now 14 weeks old and unbelievably weighs just 640grams. All seem fine this morning.

Must confess that I have been going to my bed for a few nights now so Macbeenz you can stop worrying

Must get some pics of the older ones who tend to be too busy to pose
Was sitting here thinking Julie will be here soon and I`ve just realised its Friday not Saturday, I really am an idiot

Well I am having a 5 minute break, just bathed 5 of the Holy Terrors and its taken me an hour and 40 minutes, they have been blow dried and look beautiful. Trouble is another 3 to bath, they look and are filthy, I wont begin to tell you what a mess I am in.

I need to runaway but my legs dont work anymore

This morning I have received a mysterious parcel containing rocket fuel which will surely give me a much needed boost, Thankyou to the anonymus donor ,its things like this that make you realise that people really do care. Rocket fuel = Dolly Mixtures

Right 3 kittens to bath, She who must be obeyed, Longhaired grey and Cannibal Kat, heaven help me.

Cannibal Kat has been at it again, longhaired grey nearly took my hand off when I tried to wash him,yes his bits are sore and swollen have decided that if this continues Cannibal will have to be placed in solitary confinement, even his poor sister has been subjected to this. I have spent 2 hours grooming this morning and they immediately rolled in food so will have to be bathed yet again when I gather some strength. Little Willy is much happier this morning. I have used a full half jar of vaseline since this began

Yes Sue Baby Bea is very photogenic, when I think of the poor wee thing we trapped and see her now I realise how beautiful she has become. Julie and Debbie have been working on socialising her with other vaccinated kittens and she is doing well.
Yes Baggy Flower and Little Weed are finally doing well and growing and the Babes in the woods are more beautiful by the day.

Special sqeewees to Macbeenz and be thankful you live far enough from Cannibal Kat that you do not need Willy armour

Thirding the gremlins comment.... ;)

Hope the ABs are continuing to help Little Willy and that the others aren't having any obvious problems due to Cannibal Kat.

Also hoping everyone else is well (including the humans!) and wondering how I missed there being a cat called Blackbeard..... :)

We thought the lucky 8 looked like Gremlins too  :evillaugh: What beautiful cats they all are. ;D Wonderful to see Little Weed and Flower looking so big, and the babes form the wood look just gorgeous. OH I think is a bit smitten with baby Bea...
Hope that day by day you have less and less to worry about.

Any news from the vet, Teresa?

As expected vet said his bits are infected, and his tummy fermenting, he has had antibiotic injection and pain relief, as Cannibal Kat has had a go at all of them I asked vet for AB drops for the others who I had left at home. I had given Little Willy some meds earlier in the day which have helped and he is much brighter now.
The fermenting tummy is caused by the infection plus the added protein from the dead worms. All had day 3 of wormer tonight so thats one thing less to worry about.
Will see what tomorrow brings.

Just been reading  all the updates on the 8 kittens,  wow T you are doing a great job,  I know you are never happier than when you have a litter to look after,  but 8 !,  OMgosh,   hard work.

Loving all the pictures and really hope that Little Willy will be OK at the vets today,  I will have to come and visit the Inn before to see a rare sight indeed,  some inmates who arent black   but it will be the blacks that steal my heart no doubt.

Little Willy is going to vet at 5.30, he is very down thanks to his brother Cannibal Kat sucking his bits until he is sore. Am very worried about him.

And finally, we did intend to get pics of the kittens after they were dried and also pics of other kittens, however 3 hours spent bathing 8 kittens who immediately went for a swim in their food was just too much.
