Well, not too much troble to get Bunglys tablet down this morning - quite good and suprised me -let her swallow a few times -no problem - EXCEPT when i came home this afternoon , i wondered what the dirty little round pink thing was on the living room floor- yes, Bunglys tablet that she seemingly swallowed !!!!
Little madam !- anyway she got it given again then and i have the pleasure of another one in a short while !
5 days of this !
Anyway , she is definately a lot better now and Sophies blood tests came back normal , so  not bad for a 14 year old -very pleased about that.

Thanks everyone -Bungly is still doing little wees -hope she has picked up a bit tomorrow although there is no blood and she doesn''t seem to be in any pain thank goodness.
Yes , the tablets are Synulox .
The vet hasn''t rang with Sophies blood test results as he said he would :scared:- will ring him tomorrow , maybe he just forgot !?

The c/d is £25.75 from online -vet medic and vet uk - hoping my vet will match the price as he usually charges £32.95 !

Also vet UK are giving away food bowls, letter trays (small) and measuring cups with Hill's at the moment  :)

Ahhh glad Bungly is picking up .. with those tablets I usually just throw a couple of treats on the floor for the monsters to hoover up then throw down a tablet as if it's a treat and 9 out of 10 times it will be sucked up in double quick time!  ;)

You devious mummy!

Which antibiotics has she been given  ... if they are synulox they are palatable so don't need disguising!

Hope she feels better soon  :Luv2:

Well Bungly has has 2 injections and has a course of anti biotics to take ( she a little sod getting tablets down her too , so that should be fun!)

Will never save anything at this rate - i try and save £20 a month for the vets but lately its been going out faster than its been going in - also Smartie needs his c/d biscuits next week -another £26 for a bag .

I know exactly how you feel! I'm still paying off the vet bills for when Gypsy had to stay in overnight and of course her subsequent pts and cremation and now George needs his teeth looked at - never ending!!

Hope Bungly feels better soon.

Hopefully she should be feeling a lot better very soon.
Took Sophie with me as i was going to take her for a senior blood test in a couple of weeks anyway , so tried to cut out an extra journey and she had her blood test -waiting for results later tonight when he rings - i am  now £87 lighter again ! :(

Bungly has been in and out of litter tray with just little bits of wee done ,so off to vets at 9am tomorrow .
Why do these things always happen at night when the vets are shut ??
I had  to go to Newark tomorrow at 11 am -now i have to go at 9am -hope to get back for 10.30am to turn back round and go there again !
