The petition closes on Feb 2nd and the aim is to have 4000 signatures by then.

It relates to the case of Roxy the cat who was put in a microwave, tumble dryer and freezer. Fortunately little Roxy survived and is now living with a new family...although understandably she is a very nervous little girl
