Well, Tiger and Lucy liked the fishy variety, Molly didn't!! Just got the other 4 flavours to try now, but will be buying it a lot - my two sometimes only eat half a pouch in one go, so a 380g carton could do more than 4 servings really, and even at 100g a serving, it is only 23p. Only prob is I already have about 50 pouches in the house, can I really justify going buying more??

Thanks for info Desley. I try to feed them all the same food to keep stuff simple and ensure food fresh but Tom doesn't seem to like fish varieties and what Tom says goes as he is the oldie. Didn't know they'd take it back but tbh couldn't be bothered faffing with returning it. Will now go hunting for your Aldi Vitacat thread.

According to their leaflet, yep. Flavours are: Crayfish, HAddock, Perch, Chicken Liver, Minced Beef, Beef Liver. Fishy flavours have 88%, meaty 92% No soya, grains, preservatives, artificial colourings or meat meal, and only 4% fat. Might give it to my two plus Lucy once or twice a week, if it is low in fat, it should help Lucy.
Rosella - they also offer a money back guarantee if your pet doesnt like it.

Did you not try the fishy ones Rosella?? They have 6 flavours in total
I know - Gourmet Pearl is the same, it annoys me with those two brands as they are marketed as premium, but when you check the ingredients, they aren't any better. See my thread on Aldi Vitacat food!!

I really liked the sound of Bozita due to high meat content so bought about 14 cartons of each of the 2 meat varieties. Didn't go down well with any of our three or my mate's cat so won't be buying anymore as it got thrown away.

BTW I always assumed Sheba had a high meat content due to price but looked today and it's only 4%  >:(

At least the dry food they are on gets eaten and has a decent meat content and I don't think the 4% wet stuff (Felix as good as it looks at the mo until they go off it lol) is going to kill em

I dont live or work that close to the local Parcelforce depot though unfortunatley, or I would do that. I have had flea/worm treatments sent to work as they were in a jiffy bag and no one knew other than our admin girls, but I can't see them being happy at a box full of cat food!!

I don't have any trouble spending that much either  ;D

the other prob I have is with working, there is no one in to receive the delivery.

That's a problem I have too.  I just accept that I'll have to collect it from the parcelforce depot which is quite close to work so I can go on the way home.  I buy in bulk spending about £60 each time so that I don't have to order too often.

I was mad with myself the other week when I went to a cat show as they were selling bozita there and had a load of it on the Saturday when I popped in briefly.  I didn't have much cash on me so thought i'd get some when I went back the next day but come sunday they'd virtually sold out and only had 4 cartons left  :(

Hmm, think I shall use the local pet shop then, i dont fancy having to spend £29 for free delivery, and the other prob I have is with working, there is no one in to receive the delivery. If I spend £20 on food with the local pet shop, they will deliver it for me for free, so might do it that way. I got 5 servings out of the carton I opened yesterday (treated the fosters too, but they only got a small amount), so is worth the money, if they like it. They had the minced beef one yesterday, and I have the haddock one too.

I used to pay 89p a carton for it but zooplus now sell it at 66p a carton.

http://www.zooplus.co.uk/shop/cats/canned_cat_food_pouches/bozita

You have to spend £29 though to get free delivery.

I get 4 servings out of that (it's a 380g carton) so it works out pretty cheap.

Just to save me trying to find the right site for it, can you let me know how much you pay for it please? I have found a local supplier who charges 89p a carton - so defo not one they will have that much, but I have the same prob with Tiger as you have with Jaffa, she likes her chunks, and will pinch the fosters stuff after eating her expensive stuff, so might be worth giving it her once a week.
