Thought I would introduce myself. I am called Ellen and have fostered for around 20 years now and still going. I seem to have gone full circle as I am fostering again for the rescue where I first started my fostering days. I am owned by 7 felines and 2 canines lol. The cats range in age from 2 years old right up to the good old age of 16 years old, although my old girl has been diagnosed about 17 months ago with the beginnings of renal failure and feline lower urinary disease, she is doing well and latest blood tests showed that kidney function was all within range.
I am also a qualified Reiki practitioner, so yes my animals are all chilled out a lot. I also help with fundraising for the small but long established rescue that I am with. I foster both cats and dogs.
Hope this helps you all get to know me better. ;D

Love the pics of your animals and you will see that a few members have dogs too and talk about them in the non cat section of Purrs. So you don't have to leave them out ;)
You've done really well with the fostering - I failed after 4 days - I had to adopt Bonnie. :Luv2:
