Title: Is my persian horny?

Hi everyone.

I'm just wondering if anyone can tell me about my cats recent behaviour.

Its a one year old persian boy. Over the past few weeks it has been screaching near my arm. It always goes for my hand to (gently) bite, then straddles my arm and his dinky is out.

He doesnt do it to any other member of the family and its becoming very annoying.
